The induction begins.....
About 4 p.m..... Thomas and Lyla Claire anxiously awaiting Paxton's arrival
And he is here! The umbilical cord was wrapped tightly around his neck 3 times. Dr Webb had to cut it off... that is the reason he is so blue.
